Many of our beach cottage plans have raised piers or pilings (“stilts” as some people say), but we also have designs for crawl space or slab construction. They are energy-efficient and economical to build. While we design house plans for weather and site conditions in the coastal areas, we also design cottages for enjoyable beach life.
