The Bogue 1850-4 is named after the Bogue Sound area of North Carolina's Outer Banks. This cottage design has been very successful due to its great layout. All bedrooms have a view and deck access, making this plan one of our long-time favorites.

The bedrooms on the lower level offer the best views of the living level above. With three full baths, getting ready for fun is always easier. The main bedroom suite on the same floor as the living area is excellent for retired couples and their guests. Depending on your view and living needs, the first and second floors can also be switched.
